1971 Fiat 124S

Now sorted, you will not find a better example outside of Italy and then not RHD.   I have a number of cars in stock but this Fiat is the car I would keep for myself.   Quite simply, she is a joy to drive!   Accessible and still affordable, the Fiat 124S is now increasingly rare and has considerable future value.   Once considered a “people’s car”, most have long since reduced to a pile of rust.   This Fiat however is imported from South Africa and has straight, solid bodywork and a good chassis.   But the thing I like the most is her interior, which is nothing short of excellent!   Luxuriate in the great original leatherette seats and thick carpets, while the growly “I am a little Ferrari don’t you know” 1500cc 4 cylinder original Fiat motor provides the soundtrack.  Great handling and performance means she keeps up with modern traffic effortlessly.   Traditional 70’s styling; the Abarth Decals were added by a previous owner and add a bit of fun even if they are not standard.  This car is very good and, in my opinion, could very easily be brought up to “concours” condition, when the Fiat Cromodora mags, worth nearly £1,000 on their own, would come into their own.   New carburettor and air-filter, new water-pump, plugs and replacement refurbished starter- motor, new tyres all round, new back brake callipers, flexi tubes and pads, new hand brake cable and new bulbs throughout, new wiper blades, battery and a refurbished replacement horn.  This car is MOT, tax and emission zone exempt and is UK licenced and ready to drive away.   Mainland UK delivery can be arranged.
